On the heights of Port-Ouenghi, in Boulouparis, La Table d'en Haut serves cuisine rooted in Saint-Vincent bay: mangrove crab, Bouraké prawns, wild boar from Nassirah, kid goat from Hugon islet, fish caught offshore. Service takes place on the terrace, in a garden overlooking the sea, which extends the meal into the landscape. The menu plays regional produce and short supply chains, in a logic faithful to local flavours.
