Inside the Hyper U gallery in Païta, Amorino shapes its ice creams into flowers before you've finished picking your flavour. The house relies on natural ingredients — whole milk, eggs, fresh fruit — with no artificial flavourings or preservatives. In a cup or a cone, sorbet or cream, you build your own gelato rose from the flavours on offer, which change with the seasons. On cooler days, house-made waffles pair beautifully with a thick hot chocolate or a Lavazza cappuccino. Delivery is handled through the Need Eat partnership in New Caledonia. The shop earned the 2020 Travellers' Choice award on Tripadvisor in Province Sud.
