Charcuterie de Nessadiou is an impressive farm with a gaiac forest and 50 head of cattle. Auguste operates a processing plant producing high-quality products to industry standards. You can buy many of the farm's products directly from him: spicy and non-spicy venison sausage, smoked sausage, fresh sausage, venison sausage sticks, smoked and spicy biltong, merguez, chipolatas (must be ordered), smoked venison ham, brawn, liver pâté, venison in jelly, dried sausage, pickled vegetables, onions, eggplants, lemons, chokos, coconuts and bamboo.
The farm's products are also sold at the Bourail and Koumac agricultural shows, the Fête de Boulouparis, the Fête du Boeuf and at Broussard market in Ducos.
