At Anse Vata bay, L'Edzen serves fusion and organic cuisine in a small shaded garden. Chef Gaël Chou composes inventive plates — revisited Caesar salad, Zen burger with seared foie gras, premium « poutine » — with interesting vegetarian options and generous portions.
