On the eighth and top floor of the Hôtel du Centre, in Nouméa's Ducos business district, La Pergola unfolds its dining room in an airy, elegant setting. The menu offers a wide choice of starters, salads, meats and fish, prepared mainly from local produce. Several themed evenings shape the week: Steak Night with its 500g rib steak, Moules-Frites evening, tartiflette, and Royal Couscous on Saturday lunchtime and evening.
