Facing Lemon Bay beach in Nouméa, Les 3 Brasseurs gathers a craft brewery, a flammekueche restaurant and a live music bar in one venue in Province Sud. On tap, you'll find pale, dark, amber and white beers brewed on site by a master brewer. Upstairs, the dining room opens onto the Caledonian lagoon; downstairs, a wide deck is laid out for early-evening drinks. The music programme is eclectic and posted on the bar's Facebook page.
