In a context where local tourism struggles to regain momentum, Sud Tourisme is launching a new video campaign. The goal: to reignite New Caledonians’ appreciation of their own land, promote nearby leisure activities, and support local tourism players.

The first series features elite New Caledonian athletes renowned for their outstanding achievements. Through their sport, passion, and the values they embody — self-improvement, respect, and deep connection to the land — these ambassadors take us to iconic, sometimes lesser-known sites across the South Province. Filmed in the great outdoors, these videos invite us to reconnect sports with our top tourist hotspots !
“I Tried It for You”: New Caledonians Rediscovering Their Island
The second series, available in both short and long formats, offers an immersive look into real experiences — an activity, a place, a meeting. Accompanied by a guest from civil society, these warmly approachable episodes emphasize connection and relatability. Each video tells a story of everyday adventure, a simple moment to enjoy, a way to take care of oneself and reconnect with one’s surroundings.

Through these heartfelt testimonials and shared moments, Sud Tourisme’s main goal is to inspire action by reigniting our attachment to the territory and supporting local providers.
